The rare magic of the Blue Mountains can be fully experienced whilst staying at this exquisite turn-of-the-century cottage. Nestled within a totally private garden and only a short walk to the centre of Leura village, it provides the perfect venue for a romantic, relaxing and indulgent stay.

Naturally, you have the whole cottage to yourselves and we ensure that your privacy is never invaded.

"Lemon Tree Cottage" can accommodate two to four persons in supreme comfort. The cottage has everything from quality linen, an abundance of fluffy towels, doonas, sheepskin electric blankets, slow combustion log fire (always lit for you unless we have sunbathing weather!), continuous natural gas hot water, T.V., Video, Hi Fi, incorporating three stack C.D player, natural gas log fire, dishwasher, washing machine, gas barbecue, books and games etc. etc..

The Master Bedroom at Lemon Tree is subtly ragged in a soft green. The mood is further enhanced by: low lighting, a luxurious queen-size bed with crisp linen (and for those particularly cold nights) sheepskin electric blankets. Morning or night it provides a retreat from which it is difficult to leave....
The second bedroom coloured in layers of delicate blue hues, and furnished with the finest linen, has two single beds, providing extra accommodation should it be required.

You will find yourself instantly fathoms deep in colour and warmth as if someone has spun you a particularly soft and luxurious cocoon. Suffused with candle and firelight the drawing room is a haven at night. The perfect place to enjoy an after dinner port or liqueur. Gas log fire, T.V., Video, Hi Fi incorporating C.D. player, books, games, video tapes and C.D.'s are all provided. (Music can be switch through to the speakers in the bathroom. Wonderful sound quality!)

The modern bathroom is fitted with a luxury, double side-by-side spa which is over half a metre deep. A natural gas hot water system ensures endless piping hot water. It is impossible for it to run out.

Custom made windows opening onto the garden reach right down to the level of the spa. A garden that is so private our guests have no need to lower the blinds whilst engaged in the exhausting pastime of luxuriating in the bubbles and watching the birdlife walk past. (They are relaxed too!)

Or, at night, light the floating candles and dim the overhead lights! Put on the music and relax awhile, sipping champagne, before walking to some of the finest restaurants in the Blue Mountains - or maybe don't go out at all...

Whilst many fine restaurants are only a stroll from "Lemon Tree Cottage", the dining room's slow-combustion log fire, candles and gentle downlighting create a perfect mood for a romantic dinner for two.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hotplates, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Generous breakfast provisions are provided upon your arrival which include: homemade bread, homemade biscotti, heaps of ground coffee, three different teas, juice, milk, jam, marmalade, butter and cereals. (We have even supplied three different ways of making tea!)

Attention to detail at "Lemon Tree Cottage" is our hallmark and our visitors' enjoyment is of paramount importance to us.

To the rear of the cottage, French doors open on to a private North-facing decking (a perfect little suntrap). A teak outdoor setting and additional directors chairs provide an idyllic place in which you can truly forget that the everyday life actually exists!

A webber gas barbecue with two cylinders (to ensure that you never run out of gas) may inspire you to take a break from Leura's restaurants and to dine 'al fresco'.
